ADHD Training – Understanding ADHD and Practical Strategies

Join us for an online training session exploring what ADHD is, what it can look like in everyday life, and practical strategies that may help.

The session will explore current research and key features that children with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD may experience, including:

  • Executive functioning difficulties
  • Emotional dysregulation, including masking
  • Different presentations of ADHD, including female presentations
  • A child’s experience of ADHD, with real-life anonymised examples
  • Practical strategies and approaches to support everyday life
